What is Bearer Direct?
Bearer Direct is a delivery trust company. We ensure your packages are never left unattended at your door. Instead, they are securely delivered directly to you when you’re ready to receive them.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Currently, Bearer Direct is designed for residential deliveries only. We do not deliver directly to businesses or commercial addresses. Our focus is on making home deliveries simple, secure, and reliable for our members.
How does the service work?
When your package arrives at our secure hub, you’ll receive a notification. From there, you can choose to have your package delivered to your home at your convenience or pick it up directly from the hub.
How does Bearer Direct differ from standard delivery services?
Unlike standard shipping companies, we never leave packages exposed to theft, weather, or damage. Think of us as the secure “last mile” solution — protecting your deliveries from hub to home.
What is the membership model?
We offer tiered membership levels that include a set number of monthly deliveries, complimentary storage options, and perks such as return-of-package service.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! New customers can start with a free trial to experience how Bearer Direct works before committing to a membership.
How much does membership cost?
Our community helps us shape fair pricing. Membership levels are designed to provide affordable options, whether you receive a few deliveries or many each month. Visit our membership page and simply select the group that best fits your needs.
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
That’s the best part — we don’t leave it. You can schedule your delivery time, or we’ll hold your package safely in our hub until you’re ready.
What does “Return of Package (R.O.P.)” mean??
R.O.P. means that if you need to send a package back, we’ll handle the return process directly from our hub. No waiting in long store lines or printing labels.
Is my information secure with Bearer Direct?
Yes. We protect your personal data and only use it to manage your deliveries. We never sell or share your information.
What if I need more deliveries than my plan allows?
Extra Deliveries
Need more than your monthly limit? No problem. Extra deliveries are just $5 per trip, which includes up to two packages. Additional packages in the same delivery are only $0.75 each.
Example: 5 packages in one delivery = $7.25 total.
You can also upgrade to a higher membership level at any time for more included deliveries.
What kind of packages can you handle?
We handle most consumer shipments from major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, etc.). Oversized or restricted items may have special conditions — just contact us for details.
